This Clutsh Network Privacy Policy ("Network Privacy Policy") describes how Clutsh LLC ("Clutsh," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the Clutsh Network. This policy does not cover the privacy practices of third parties, including Vendors in the Clutsh network.
This policy applies to both Vendors and Customers who use the Clutsh Network.

Customer Service Requests: Information provided by Customers when requesting services through the Clutsh Network (name, contact information, vehicle information, service needs).
Communications: Any communications you have with Clutsh, including emails, phone calls, and messages through our platform.
Payment Information: (Eventually) Information necessary to process payments, such as bank account details or credit card information (collected and processed by our third-party payment processor).

Information We Collect Automatically:

To process Vendor applications and vet potential network members.

With Customers (for Vendors): When a Customer requests a Service, and a vendor is a fit, we may share your information with that customer, including information the vendor provided.
With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Clutsh Network, such as payment processors, background check providers, email providers, and data analytics providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
